"Got my order right"
I ordered a few cigars and some accessories from mikescigars, and I was just hoping they wouldn’t mess this or that up. Everything came in exactly how I picked it on the site, with the right sizes and brands, and nothing was missing. It was a easy experience overall, and since they got it right the first time, I’d order from them again.

Got my order in and the cigars were sorta surprisingly fresh, not dry or stale at all. They were packed well too, which I appreciated. Overall, happy with everything and I’d definitely order again.

"Solid cigars from what I remember"
I ordered these from mikescigars.com, and from what I remember, they were put together really well. The roll felt even, the wrapper looked clean, and I don’t recall any soft or loose spots. They burned nicely all the way down too. Just a good, solid cigar experience overall.

The return process was okay overall, but it was kinda slow, slow enough that I found myself checking on it a few times. It got handled in the end, just not as quickly as I hoped

I ordered a couple of cigars that other shops kept listing as in stock, only to cancel on me later. Mike's showed them available, and sure enough, that's exactly what they shipped. No backorder email, no trying to swap me into something else, just a normal order done right. The site was easy to use and everything arrived fine. it’s simple: if a store says something is in stock, it should actually be in stock. Mike’s got that right.

"Smooth flavor, easy yes for me"
I grabbed a few cigars from mikescigars, and my quick gut-check was pretty much right away: if the first draw is smooth and it doesn’t taste stale, I’m happy. These were better than I expected. Nice creamy flavor, easy draw, and just a bit of spice toward the end without that harsh bite. I’ve had some online orders show up tasting dry or old, so I was kind of watching for that, but no issues here. Simple after-work smoke, i’d order again.

"Decent Deal With the Right Promo"
I used a discount code and it actually worked, the prices ended up being reasonable. Some of the promos were a little confusing though, and not every cigar qualified like I expected. Still, if you catch the right sale, it’s not a bad deal

The store felt a little cramped when I went in, but the staff were friendly enough. I was just hoping they’d be a bit faster to respond or help out, especially since it didn’t seem too busy.

"Selection was kinda limited tbh"
I checked out mikescigars hoping to grab a few cigars I usually go for, but tbh the selection felt limited. Some brands barely had any options, and a couple of the ones I wanted were out of stock. The site itself is easy enough to browse, so no issue there, but like… not super helpful if the stuff I’m looking for isn’t available lol. Might be fine if you just need basic picks, but it didn’t really work for me.

"Loved the smell as soon as I opened the box"
I ordered a few sticks from mikescigars.com, i was impressed right away. As soon as I opened the box, I got that fresh cedar and slightly sweet tobacco aroma. Nothing dry, stale, or off about them at all. They smelled fresh and well-kept, and I’m happy with the order.

I ordered a few cigars from Mike's Cigar, and they showed up fine. Shipping was normal, packing was solid. No real complaints there.

The draw was the main thing for me. A few smoked nicely, but a couple were just too tight. Kind of a pain to get through. Not awful, just not as consistent as I expected for the price. I might give them another shot, but I’m not totally sold yet.

They took a bit longer than I expected to reply, which had me wondering at first. But I trusted my gut and gave them a little time, and they did end up fixing the issue with my order. Not perfect, but they handled it in the end.

"Fun nights, but a little all over the place"
I’ve had a good time at the community nights overall. The events are usually fun, and you can tell people are into it, which makes the vibe nice. It does get crowded though, like sometimes it’s hard to actually settle in or figure out where to go. Also, random side note, the planning can feel a bit messy. Times change, details aren’t always super clear, and you kind of end up just going with the flow. Still, I’d probably go again because the energy is good...

"I ordered from mikescigars the shipping was quicker…"
I ordered from Mike's Cigar the shipping was quicker than I expected. My package showed up in just a few days, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was okay, not flawless or anything, but good enough that I had a general idea of where the order was. The box arrived in good shape too, so no complaints there. I’m giving 4 stars mostly because I wish the first tracking update had come through a little sooner. But still... overall, it was a good experience.

"Burn was inconsistent"
A few of the cigars burned nice and even, but others kept needing touch-ups, which got a little annoying. I mentioned it before too, but it felt like nobody really read the message. Overall, kind of hit or miss
